In this workshop, students will be presented with a typical consulting case from Alcimed's Cologne office: A patient pathway case study. Students will be provided with material for the workshop such as research papers, publications and interview notes in order to complete the consulting case. Students will have to analyze the material provided and construct the most accuarte patient pathway of a secific disease. Students will work in teams of 4-5 to complete the exercise. Students should have pen and paper at hand, no laptops necessary.
