We will provide a typical deal process and the specific needs of Corporate and Private Equity clients. With focus on the latter, we will show how a Commercial Due Diligence team can substantiate a financial sales plan validation by analysing market size as well as industry and competitor trends and identifying additional opportunities and risks in the transaction.
