Workshop Belden (From product selling to solution selling)

From product selling to solution selling - To support our ambitious growth initiative, Belden Senior Leadership team has launched an ECLP-Challenge-Project with the aim to provide a robust plan on how to implement the solution selling strategy for Industrial Automation in EMEA. The Executive Vice President of Belden asks you to come up with a roadmap (timeline and action plan) on how to implement the strategy in the next 12 months across all departments of the organization. This is a huge transformation because it affects all functions, systems and processes we currently have in the organization. We completely need to change our mindset, build up new knowledge and challenge the status-quo of our current organization.
